You're looking in the wrong place, I suspect. This newsgroup is for people
developing Forms (data entry screens) in Microsoft Access. If you're looking
for a Word document template, a Word newsgroup would be more appropriate.
Also... "request for quote" covers an awful lot of ground. Quotes for
construction of a major interstate highway? for a computer consulting
contract? or what? When you repost, please be more specific.
