RGB getting Hue, Sat, and Lum (HSL or HSB)

I have Pantone colors that I have converted into RGB, the problem now is that
I don't know what to do with the HSL values.

Using color picker in Photoshop gives you HSB values, but they go beyond the
available values (caps is a 255 value) in all Office. Has anyone figured out
a way around this?
