Ribbon and Menu Bar

I recently converted a Access 2003 database to Access 2007. Everything looks
good except that my custom menu bar has been moved to an Add-Ins section of
the Ribbon. How can I hide the Ribbon and display my custom menu bar?

If you set the app's startup properties to not display built in menus or
toolbars then the ribbon will not be displayed.
