I have recently had Outlook Business Contact Mngr installed. Previously I
used the Quick Keys (alt-m for move messages, etc). Now Business Contact
Manager has added a button in the ribbon that uses alt-m to open Business
Contact Manager. I have started using the the Alt-E to open the Edit menu,
then press M to move the message, but the Edit menu drop downs do not
automatically appear, i have to press the down arrow button. This is in
contrast to all other menu buttons, that when pressing Alt-F, that entire
menu drops and a single keystroke gets me where I need to go. I have tried
to customize the ribbon, but Business Contact Mngr cannot be unchecked and I
dare not try deleting it. Can I change the hot key that opens Business
Contact Manager or something?
