RIBBON BACKROUND COLOUR

Does anybody know how to change the backround colour from white to blue as
indicated on the Microsoft website. I updated my trial version to the full
version.

You may want to check your Display Settings and make sure your aren't using
256 color mode. Also check your Accessibility settings and see if High
Contrast has been turned on.
