Ribbon run time error

I am using Office 2007 Entreprise.

I USED to have access to an add-in named "Access Outlook Add-in for Data
Collection and Publication". That has now disappeared and I can't get it back
(I have posted to other forums about this issue but with no satisfactory
responses).

So, assuming I can no longer use this add-in I am now faced with a two-fold
problem.

a) The add-in created a subfolder in my Outlook 2007 Inbox. Can I now
delete that as I can't get the add-in to work and can't find out how to
re-install it)?

b) EVERY time I now double-click a message in Outlook 2007 to open it I get
an error message that is titled 'Custom UI Runtime Error in Microsoft Access
Outlook Add-in for Data Collection and Publishing'. The text of the message
reads:
'An error occurred in calling the callback: "Ribbon_GetDCVisible"

How do I get rid of this annoying error - that I believe is related to the
missing add-in (and Outlook ribbon????).

I have been advised to go to Tools/Trusted Center/Com Adds to get the
missing add-in but it not there in either Outlook OR Access.

I'm now at a dead-end for this issue to be resolved (preferably WITH the
add-in restored AND Outlook Ribbon restored).

Can anyone REALLY help here? MVP has not been useful thuis far.

Have you tried going into the setup of your Office installation and checking
the Access options? I I think the add-in is part of "Additional Add-ins"
under Access. It could be it's simply uninstalled or it could be corrupt.
You might also try repairing your Office installation.
