Ribbons on a form/report?

Hi All,

is it possible to add ribbons directly on forms/reports in the same way as ribbons appear on a 'new message' form in Outlook. I have had specific ribbons appear on the Application MDI as forms open, but it doesn't look right.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Currently running ACC2007, but moving to ACC2010.
