Right click, delete

Unable able to right click and delete in Outlook. Works
in the other office products? Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

Unable in what way? The option isn't on the context menu? It is there but
it does nothing? It is there, but it produces an error? I probably won't
have an answer for you, but I'm just trying to get you to clarify what
"unable" means.
