Right-click disabled

Since installing Office Professional Edition 2003 on a
Windows XP Professional workstation, the right-click
functionality has been disabled on all menus. Is there a
fix or setting change to re-enable it?

Do you mean say the top-level menu in Word, or one of the dropdowns or ..?
