Right Click Function Unavailible on Additional Mailbox Inbox

Problem:
User cannot use the right click function on the additional mailbox Inbox
that was added to her Outlook Profile. All other folders have no trouble with
the right click option. We can get the option back for a short time by
removing the additional mailbox and restarting then adding it back. As soon
as the the PC restarts again the functionality is no longer.

Using:
Windows XP SP3
Office 2k3 Pro SP3
Exchange Server configuration
Running in cached mode

Solutions tried:
Detect and Repair
Rename/Rebuild OST file
Deleted file C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\FORMS\FRMCACHE.DAT

Also note - I am not running Google Desktop Search. This has been a known
problem as well -
