Right Click menu appears when pressing the ? or / keys

I have a user experiencing this problem. When she's typing an email or when
she's in an Excel workbook, the right click menu appears when typing a
question mark (?) or slash (/). I assume there's a setting turned on or
something like that, but I can't figure out what it is. Has anyone else seen
this? Or does anyone know what I can try? Her hardware seems fine. She did
say that she notices it when she's in a hurry and pressing the keys a lot
harder than normal.

The ? / key is next to and above the "context menu" key on the keyboard.
She is either hitting it instead or the keyboard has junk in it at that
area or it is broken.

Changing the keyboard fixed the issue.
