Right Click Menu Problem

H

Halodog

When I right click on a calendar appointment to delete it I'm not getting the
right-click menu. I'm having to go to the top of the window and delete. Why
am I not getting the menu when I right-click on a calendar item?

I was searching for an entry like this, because I'm having exactly the same
problem. I'm very confident that in prior versions of Outlook, I could
right-click on any meeting or calendar entry and a menu would popup allowing
me to at least delete the item. I do it instictively, so I know it was
available in earlier version. I also think you could reply to all via email
from that same popup, but I can't remember. In Outlook 2007, I get nothing
when I right-click. I think I was using Outlook 2002 previously.

Is it possible to reactivate the right-click functionality?

Oh, its still there. It's just not working on your version. Start with
office diagnostics.

Finally got around to running the office diagnostics. No problems
identified. What do you suggest I try next?

Are you using any tweak type utilities? 3rd party pop up blockers?

No, not that I'm aware of. This is a fairly new Lenovo laptop with Windows
7.

Does the context menu come up if you use context menu button on the
keyboard?

Are you using a mouse or touchpad buttons?
