Right click on sender email address - very slow popup menu

Hi

If I have an email open and right click on the sender to try and "Add
Outlook contact", the menu pops up almost straight away, but it takes about
30 seconds before I can get focus and am allowed to select one of the
options.

Using OL2003 SP1 on XP Pro SP2, local pst, no Exchange. I have run Toolbox
repair and compacted the pst.

Any ideas?
