Right click on thesaurus does not work

I'm using windows 98 at home with office 2000, when I right click on a word I am able to view synonyms for that specific word. On my laptop with XP and office 2000 the right click box does not have the synonym option. It only lists until hyperlink. Does anyone have any ideas???

On the laptop, start up the Add/Remove Programs item in the Control Panel,
select Office, and click the Change button. When the installer wizard
starts, click the Add or Remove Features button. Click the plus signs to
expand Office Tools and then Proofing Tools. Under that, click Thesaurus and
set it to "Run from my computer". Finally, click the Update Now button. It
may ask for the Office CD to copy files.
