right click

some how in word 2000 when I right click on a word I lost
the synonyms option instead it stops at hyperlink and also
has increase and decrease indent in the window. how do I
return to normal where I can have the synonym option when
I right click?

You might try View>Toolbars>Customize. Check the Shortcut menus box and
select reset.
