Yes. Select the Tools menu -> Startup... to open the Startup dialog
window. Ensure that the "Allow Default Shortcut Menus" check box is checked,
then select the "OK" button to close the window.
If the problem is with a form, then open the form in Design View. Open the
Properties dialog window and select the "Other" tab. Set the "Shortcut Menu"
Property to Yes. Save the form and open it in Form View. Right-click on a
text box control and the shortcut menu that includes copy and paste should
appear.
