When I right-click on a file in Windows Explorer or on the Start menu - any
file - I get a dialog box that reads "Preparing to install. . ." then a
dialog box with the title bar "Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003"
that reads "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office
Professional Edition 2003". I have been hitting the "Cancel" button each
time this happens . . . what could be causing this?
I'm running Windows 2000 Professional SP4 and Microsoft Office Professional
2003.
