Right Clicking on Forms

Anybody have a clue as WHY certain users HAVE RIGHT CLICK
capability to Filter forms and other functionality and
other users DON'T have?

ALL users are using the FULL PRODUCT, not the run time
version.

At each workstation that doesn't appear to have this ability, go to the
"Startup" options ("Tools, Startup...") and make sure that "Allow Default
Shortcut Menus" is checked.
