Right Side Page Border Not Printing

I have a document with a page border that I try printing on a Deskjet 930c
and a HP5 Color Laserjet and even though print preview looks fine when I
print the right side of border gets cut off. I have set the margins for page
to 0 and still no luck. I have gone in and adjusted margins for border to be
from text and still no luck. Any suggestions please. Thanks.
