@RISK add-in, Excel 2003, Windows Vista

I am using Excel 2003, trying to load Palisade software, specifically @RISK.
It is an add-in for excel. The installation process proceeds fine. but when
I try to open the program, excel opens and shows the error message "Could not
load athlib32.dll".

I am using Windows Vista. I know other people in my class have loaded this
program just fine in other versions of Windows. Please help. I don't know
what to do!

You'll probably have better luck if you post in a winXL newsgroup. This
group's dedicated to MacXL.

Perhaps microsoft.public.excel

That said, someone may be along with an answer...
