Risk and Issue tables in MSPS

Hello, I am trying to locate the tables within the WSS database where
the Risks and Issues are stored within MSPS. We are planning a data
migration and are trying to understand where the Risks and Issues are
stored within the SQL database.

I understand there is a seperate WSS database, but where within the WSS
database are Risks and Issues stored?

Any documentation would be GREATLY appreciated.
