Risk Fields Setting in PWA 2003

Hii

Any body help -- I'm using PWA 2003 and I want to do some changes in Risk
fields (like Rename field / change description/ etc) and these changes can be
display at all risks; assigned to different projects or if any body create
new risk or issues these change can be reflected for the same too.

Is this possible at server level so that we need not to add/ modifycfields
setting to the different different risks.

Please note that the above process will not change existing project
workspaces, as you must manually edit those individually. This is why it is
a very good idea to modify the WSS site template before you go live with
Project Server 2003. Hope this helps.
