Risk Template

I am trying to find the Risk Template that is used to create the Risk list
when a new project subite is created. I wanted to modify the template - does
anyone know where to access it or do you have to create a new template to be
used?

Well you certainly don't want to create a new template because the risks and
issues lists contain custom web parts that you can't and should not change.
With that said, what you want to do is to make your modifications to the
base Project Workspace template and then substitute that for the one that
ships with Project Server.
