Risks and Issues 404 not found error

Hello,
when I click in Project Web Access on link Risks or Issues I receive
message "404 NOT FOUND", but link Documents is working properly. So I
think that communication between ProjectServer and SharePoint is OK.
Where can be the problem with Risks and Issues?
