Risks and Issues in Sharepoint

How do I change the risks "template" that is stored in Sharepoint? I have
changed it for a specific project, but what if I want to change the template
system-wide? Same goes for issues and status reports?

Search for this: "Helpful Tip - Changing default Issue & Risk Form" on this newsgroup. Matt Kennedy just walked through this process on January 6th.

One caveat though. Matts procedure changes the default template that will be applied to ALL sites created from that point forward. If you want to create a customized Issues/Risk template alone without changing all the other Sharepoint site creation defaults you can do that too.
