Can Risk and Issue data collection fields be customised or are they fixed?

ie If we want to add or rename fields so as to be able to migrate our risks
and issues logs into EPM?

Yes you can customize the Risks and Issues forms. Either do it for each
project site individually or edit the site templates. See
