Risks/Issues for Project Server Accounts

Using MSProject2003ent

How do I get the Risks & Issues to work for Project Server Accounts? When
clicking on Risks or Issues I can see the projects on the server, when click
on any project get a message “You have logged on using a Project Server
Account. Project Server accounts are not automatically given access to -Docs,
risks, issues".

Any of the WSS functionality (issues,risks etc) won't work with Project
Server accounts, only Windows accounts. It's a limititation with this type
of account.

You need to create Windows SharePoint Services site for your project to
upload the project artifacts like Risks and Issues.

The documents, risks and issues features in Project Web Access use Windows
SharePoint Services.
