risksim is getting corrupt in office 2007

Risksim_office_2k7_corrupt

not able to use risksim.xls in office 2007, I am getting the following error
message

"Opening the VBA project in this file requires a component that is not
currently installed. This file will be opened without the VBA project.

For more information, search Microsoft Office Online for "VBA converters"

however, MS office online does not have anything that is much of help.

plz help me to work through this problem,
