Roaming Profies with Outlook office 2000 or xp

We would like to have our roaming profiles save the email profiles as
well. can someone help us with this, we use ms server 2003 and AD
with xp machines and office 2000 or higher. We use WMS as our mail
server not exchange.

Please help
