Roaming Profile?

Is there a way to have an Office 2003 roaming profile? Or a way to back up
the settings in Office?

Here is the scenario. I have users that are admins that work for different
people. They work in different locations. Office 2003, specifically Oultlook,
has a bunch of customizations for the users. Mainly views.

I would like to be able to have those views available to those users no
matter where the go....even if I have to do a little setting up ahead of
time. Their Outlook folder heirarchy is a bit out of hand, and when they have
to go into each folder to turn off the preview pane....it's very annoying.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
