Roaming profiles and signature files

How?

I have 40 users plus and upgraded them to Office 2003
through Citrix and now their signature files
don't "stick". This has got to be some app data stored
(is it still a rtf file?) locally. How and where do I
redirect it to their terminal services profile store?
