roll back the sent mail to someone

I am using MS Outlook 2007. IHow do I delete the sent mail from the user
system whom i have sent if he hasn't read it

If you're on an Exchange Server you can try recalling the mail item. See if
the info here helps:

That would be Recall but it only works on exchange server and only under
very specific conditions - so specific that it rarely works. To recall,
open the send message and look on Other Options for Recall.
