Rollout of Office 2003 and Picture Manager

Does anyone know of a setting in the ORK or a registry setting that will
make the Office Picture Viewer the default viewer in Windows XP?

As it stands now my package to 2000 machines is ready except for this one
issue. The Windows Picture and Fax viewer just doesn't do the job I need it
to and for some reason I cannot figure out how to make Picture Manager take
over the associations. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
