ROLLUP BASELINE INFORMATION TO ALL SUMMARY TASKS

H

HaikuRob

Some tasks were added to our project file and added to the baseline.

Unfortunately, when the tasks were added and baselined, we forgot to check
the box to: Rollup to All Summary Tasks...

Is there a way to change this setting retrospectively WITHOUT RE-BASELINING
THE TASKS?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

Sorry, the only way to get the data to roll up is to select those options
when saving a baseline.

So, back out your progress (at least on those tasks), and resave that
baseline. Then add your progress back in.

One thing that might be helpful is to also set your computer's clock back to
the same date you baselined the tasks orginally. That way, it will appear
you got it right the first time.

Don't forget to advance your system time...
