Rotate the dial to do OneNote fax problem

hi,

Customers can send and incoming fax OneNote want to turn. How do I do it..
fax is sent automatically OneNote, but I can not turn on the right can
turn left. Please help me in this regard very glad you do. Thank you in
advance.
