Rotating a graphic logo in Word

Does anyone know how to rotate a graphic image (not a
drawing or text) in Word. I have a horizontal image that
needs to be vertical. I would welcome any and all

use any external paint package, including but not limited to MS Paint,
MS Photo Editor, to rotate the image prior to insertion.
