Rotating Text

I want to be able to rotate text 180 so that it appears
upside-down within a normal text document without using
word-art. Is that possible? I know that you can rotate
it 90 either right or left, but that isn't what I want.
Please help if you can.

Format the document in landscape mode. Rotate the 'normal' text 90 degrees
one direction, and the upside down text 90 degrees in the other.
