S Suzanne S. Barnhill May 26, 2006 #2 You'll need to change the page orientation to landscape first, which will require section breaks (see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/LandscapeSection.htm). Alternatively, if you won't need to edit the org chart, you can copy, Paste Special as Picture, set wrapping to something other than In Line With Text, and then rotate.
