Rotational Schedule Help

I'm just a church employee, but here's my problem.

I have 450 people that have to hold vigil every Wednesday & Sunday.
For Wednesday we need 5 people.
For Sundays we have 3 services: We need 8 people for 1st service, 10
people for 2nd service and 2 people for evening service.

I don't know VBA, but could someone help me out? All help is
appreciated. If you have a template, let me know and I'll send my
email.
