i have a club where players earn points. they can redeem those points for
"food dollars". One food dollar equals 114 points. you can only redeem food
dollars in whole dollar amonts.

I am trying to create a query for our club reps that shows their "food
dollars available" by taking their point balance and rounding down to the
nearest point total that is equally divisible by 114.

Any suggestions?

Rounding is not needed, use integer division instead:

FoodDollar: Points \ 114

ReamainingFD: Points Mod 114

Rounding down is easy. Something like this in a query with the proper field
name:

Food Dollars Available: Int([Points]/114)
