Rounding times

I have a number of results in hh:mm format that I would like to round up to the nearest 15 minutes.

So for example, I would like to round up 15:54 to 16:00, and again 13:20 to 13:30

Any ideas?

=(ROUNDUP(A1*24*4;0)/4)/24
where A1 stores your time

I suspect that ceiling is a bit more effective

=CEILING(A1,1/96)
