Rounding troubles

I have a column which represents percentages of various
numbers. I would like to round those numbers and cut of
the numbers at 2 digits. I can do that via formatting,
but when I tally the rounded numbers at the bottom of the
column, the tally includes the remainder of the number
that I want to be rounded off. Is there a way to round
the number and exclude everything past two digits?

You can use

=ROUND(<your formula>,2)

but, you may find your SUM()s still don't add up. See
