Rounding UP

If I do not specify numbers in a cell will be rounded up
to the nearest number, anything above .50 will go up. Is
there any way to customize this. I want to key in as
12.30 and it will be rounded up to 13.

One way:

=ROUNDUP(A1,0)

or

=CEILING(A1,1)
