Rounding

I have tried several diffrent ways to Round the result of this expression by
3 decimal points in vain. [EX AM1]/[ON BILL]

Can anyone help?

Normally you'd use Round([EX AM1]/[ON BILL],3), but it depends on what
type of rounding you want to use. Access uses 'bankers' rounding'
which is the most commonly used algorithm, but for an outline of
