roundtrip engineering

Hi,
I'd like to use visio fEA together with VS2005 to generate C#Code and after
editing this code get actualized UML-diagrams.
I tried Reverse Engineering in VS and Code Generation in Visio but never
managed to just actualize my Visio UML digrams. Instead I always got new
files or deleted my old ones so I had to draw new diagrams in the updated
version.
Is there a way to do real roundtrip engineering with visio and vs?

AFAIK, based on feedback in the forums the answer is no. Each iteration is
started fresh (and thus can change).
