After filling out an excel template saving it as an XLS,
and routing to a few people for approval, two things
happen,
1) someone down the line is getting multiple emails of the
routings (usually 2nd person in line)
2) All the icons I created at the individual stations that
use signature macros are now pointing to the saved XLS
file located in the docs and settings directory and I have
to go re-point the icon to the correct macro.
What is happening and how do I fix it.
