Row formatting based on cell content

I tried searching for this but no luck...what i have is a price lis
that i copy and paste to my excel document.

This would be the way it appears in my sheet what i need is when i ad
it to my excel files i need the headings...those in red to have th
formating changed so i can see the headings more clearly as you can s
on the left where there is a heading there is a blank space what i wan
to have a is a simple formula that says if a space apears in the firs
colum we change the formating to this...so it would look a little lik
my example or what ever i choose to change it to...thank
