Row height issues in Proj2003

In Project 2003, I'm having issues getting my GANTT chart to print with the
correct row heights.

8pt text across the board, and the bars are set to 10pt height themselves.
I've dragged the rows to minimum size, and on the GANTT chart view they look
normal (ie, about as tall as the text in their cells). No cells have word
wrap on, or enough text to carry over to a second line.

When I go to the print preview screen (or try to print it at all), every row
shows up about three times taller than in the GANTT view. I've tried playing
with margins and other print settings with no luck so far.

This problem is only occuring with one of my existing projects. If I start a
new project, it looks and prints fine. But this existing project is too big
to start over!

Ideas?

I just discovered an additional caveat:

This only happens when I roll up all of my summary tasks. When everything is
expanded, the row heights condense down in the print view.

I have about a page and a half of summary tasks (when all rolled up). So I
don't think its a matter of the contents being stretched vertically to fill
the page.
