row spacing

I am trying to produce a report that will fit on 2 pages (one piece of paper,
front and back). The current version was created in Excel and the row height
is adjusted to fit on 2 pages. The layout is a three column report. When I
created the report in Access, it spreads to 2 pages and about a third of the
first column on the third page. I have made the textboxes as short as
possible while still allowing for descenders. There is still some room at
the top of the textbox that could be cut off. But if I make the textbox any
shorter, it cuts off the descenders instead. IS there anyway to adjust the
row spacing or row height to crowd the rows together to fit on 2 pages?

There are several things you can do.
You can adjust the page layout to reduce the header and footer margins.
Reduce the header and footers in the report.
Set the textbox properties to Can Grow - Yes and the Can Shrink - Yes.
Reduce the size of the textboxes to half the size needed to display - they
will grow.
Reduce all open space in the report.

I have set the margins to the minimum I could and still print (0.166), and I
have taken all extra white space out of the report. I have the textbox
proeperties set to Can Grow and Can Shrink, and the user specified that the
font not be less than 9 pt, which is what I have it set at. Is there any way
to reduce the leading in the textbox? Or adjust the row spacing to less than
zero? Or set the textbox top margin less than zero? Or set the set the line
spacing to less than zero?
