Rows in a table vary in height without need for the content.

In a table with columns for words in English and then Russian, some row
heights must be made much greater than others even though cell contents are
about the same. If the height of certain rows is not made 5 or 6 or more,
rows bunch and make contents unreadable. None of the options in table
properties correct this problem, e.g., distribute rows evenly and "fit to
contents" causes columns to widen too much.

FRUSTRATED TO THE BITTER END!!!

for that instance you are going to have to manually adjust how each one is
done. what i personally do is create the settings for the english, then do
the russian. put all of the information into the cells and then use the
format painter for all of the rest of the english and russian rows.

that way, everything is the same for that language.

Hope that helped.
